This announcement summerizes the details of award of one two multiple award ID/IQ contracts for Housing Inspection Services issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The period of performance for the contracts shall be up to 10 months beginning 2/1/19 to 11/30/19. The period of performance includes a base period of four months and two three month options.
The contracts provide continuous, uniterruyped vital housing inspection services in support of FEMA's Individual Housing Program (IHP) during the event of a national emergency or major disaster declaration while FEMA completes the re-procurement of this requirement. Currently the housing inspection services damage assessment field process supports the agency's emergency disaster declaration mission by enabling on-siet inspection and erficiation of disaster related losses to homes. The verified damage assessment provides the basis for grant eligibility for survivors.. Awarded Vendors: WSP USA SERVICES INC. Contract Award Dollar Amount: 65,986,220.00. In accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.305 (Availability of Justifications), this notice makes publically available the justification for the award of sole source interim contracts using the authority provided by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The resulting contracts awarded were 70FB7019D00000008 and 70FB7019D00000009. .
