The Contractor shall provide twenty-five (25) full-time equivalent personnel, consisting of Registered Dietitians, Cognitive Performance Specialists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Athletic Trainers. These professionals will not provide clinical medical care but will focus strictly on educational, advisory, and human performance optimization services.
