Delivery is FOB Destination to Building 86, Room 200 ws-1, Cleveland, Ohio 44135, required within 30 calendar days after order receipt. Offerors must provide CAGE code, UEI number, lead time, and shipping costs with quotes submitted to Laura Quave at laura.a.quave@nasa.gov. Technical questions must be submitted in writing by September 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Award goes to the responsible offeror with the lowest-price technically acceptable offer.
