About this opportunity

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to modify current Task Order N0017321F2015 with Arcfield on a sole-source basis to extend high-assurance computer systems security support through March 23, 2027, with a response deadline of September 2, 2026. The modification invokes 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.103-1 (only one responsible source), restricting competition. The bridge action extends performance for six months (revised period September 24, 2026 through March 23, 2027) to provide continuity of specialized services supporting NRL's Center for High Assurance Computer Systems (CHACS), Code 5540. Work includes scientific, engineering, technical, and project management support for prototype creation in cybersecurity and vulnerability analysis, high-assurance cryptographic system development, sensor and communication platform design, and security protocol analysis to meet Navy, Department of War, and Intelligence Community priorities.
