About this opportunity
The United States Special Operations Command is seeking comprehensive interior design services for the Heritage Hall Upgrade project at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The procurement requires vendors to provide complete interior design services from concept to completion, with proposals incorporating a new color scheme, detailed bar refurbishment plans, and an overarching theme reflecting MARSOC, Marine Corps Raiders, and their heritage. Proposals must include separate contract line items (CLINs) for the base proposal, furniture options, and appliance options, with itemized price breakdowns for each component. The government will evaluate proposals based on technical capability, past performance, and price to determine the most advantageous offer. Critical dates include the question submission deadline of July 28, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST, with responses provided via solicitation amendment, and the mandatory site visit conducted on July 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. Final quote submissions are due by August 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST, and only vendors who attend the site visit will be considered for award.
This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 541410 (Interior Design Services) with a size standard of $9,000,000. The anticipated project cost ranges between $200,000 and $300,000, with vendors required to hold their quoted prices firm for 90 calendar days from the quote submission deadline. The work will be performed at Heritage Hall aboard Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, within the MARFORSOC Compound. Vendors must ensure they can obtain access to both Camp Lejeune and the MARFORSOC Compound, with access requests due by July 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, and all prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. The design work must accommodate the requirement that all current wall items will be removed by the customer, the ceiling will remain untouched, and a dedicated space must be allocated to display MARSOC colors.
