The solicitation requires the successful contractor to deliver up to 5,000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil and 2,000 gallons of LP Gas to six separate project buildings across multiple locations, including Ball Mountain Dam, Winhall Brook Camping Area, and Townshend Dam. All vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration to be considered for the contract, and the award will be made based solely on price. The previous incumbent was Cota & Cota Inc., with a previous contract value of $24,020.00. Delivery locations span Jamaica, Townshend, and South Londonderry, Vermont, with contract performance through April 30, 2025. The contract terms include net 30-day payment after invoice receipt, and monthly deliveries or special request fills will be permitted.
