Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for LIQUID AND SOLID HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL AND TRANSPORTATION for Quantity Not-To-Exceed (NTE) 2000 gallons of Liquid Hazardous Waste Disposal (with options up to 7000 gallons) with a NTE of four (4) each Transportations (with options up to four (4) each), a NTE 40 Drums of Solid Hazardous Waste Disposal (with options up to 140 drums) with a NTE of four (4) each transportations (with options up to four (4) each), and NTE 20 drums of Liquid and Solid Hazardous Waste Disposal (with options up to 40 drums) with a NTE of three (3) each transportations (with options up to four (4) each). This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025323Q0037, is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562211and has a size standard of $47 million dollars.
