About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks to establish multiple blanket purchase agreements for hazardous fuels reduction services throughout the contiguous United States and Guam with the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service. Services include mechanical clearing, chemical/herbicide application, and will support projects to reduce hazardous fuels and improve habitat conditions on Service-managed lands. Awards will be made to small businesses with consideration for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and women-owned small businesses. Responses were due by January 10, 2024.
The BPA has a total ceiling of $49.5 million shared across all awards over its five-year period of performance from the date of award through January 2029. It is set aside for total small business and has a NAICS code of 115310 for support activities for forestry with a size standard exception. The solicitation was issued by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service to procure these hazardous fuels reduction services across all 50 states and territories with a place of performance in Guam. Task orders will be competed among BPA holders on a best value tradeoff or lowest price technically acceptable basis depending on value.
