The work must comply with ADA, NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards, with installation occurring during normal business hours (0700-1600) and coordination with facility management to minimize operational disruptions. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract based solely on the lowest price of technically acceptable offers.
