About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) issued a sole-source justification notice on January 8, 2026, for a six-month bridge contract extension (December 2, 2025 – June 1, 2026) to continue Hampton Roads Network and Asset Management (NetAM) Support services. The contract provides on-site network operations and asset management support for approximately 2,000 end users and 400 network devices across multiple classified and unclassified networks, including NIPRNet and SIPRNet, serving the Joint Staff's Information Technology enterprise in Hampton Roads, Virginia. The sole-source award to incumbent contractor All Points Logistics, LLC, was necessitated by a post-award protest filed against the follow-on contract (HC102826F0004), which triggered a stop-work order and required interim bridge support to ensure continuous network operations and sustainability of cable management functions. The bridge contract comprises a four-month base period with two one-month option periods, funded through Fiscal Year 2026 Operations & Maintenance appropriations, with the anticipated follow-on contract performance commencing May 1, 2026. While the specific contract value is redacted, the effort supports approximately 15,000 IT assets and includes systems integration, network engineering, and cable plant services essential to maintaining DISA's CORE Communications Network operations.
Notice text

The networks supported include Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (SIPRNet) (with some other variants to include REL-A, U.S. Battlefield Information collection and Exploitation Systems (USBICES), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIX) etc.).
