The total estimated contract value is $12,500,000, covering a base performance period from December 10, 2025 to December 9, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods extending through December 2030. The contract structure includes multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for biannual HAAS maintenance, reactive maintenance, spare parts, and quarterly OMAX maintenance across all contract years. Performance will occur at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia, where the HAAS equipment operates 24-48 hours per week and the OMAX equipment operates 72-96 hours per week. The government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract and reserves the right to conduct discussions with quoters if deemed necessary, though the preference is to award without discussions based on initial best-value quotations.
