The purpose of this amendment is to answer the remaining questions requested, add the previous requested clauses to the solicitation and to adjust the close date: from 11/30/2022 11:00am ET to the new date of 11/29/2022 08:00am ET. Please respond to RFQ with base and option years.

CLIN 0001: Is the price for the 103 Legionella samples from Malcolm Randall to include the HPC testing of the cooling towers listed in the SOW? Would the government be amenable to add the HPC testing to a separate CLIN?

The purpose of this amendment is to extend RFQ to allow for questions to be answered. A follow-up amendment will be posted to answer remaining questions at a later date. No new questions will be accepted past the close of the original solicitation. The Solicitation has been extended from 11/22/2022 to 11/30/2022 11:00am ET.

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
