The solicitation does not include any specific set-aside designations for small businesses or disadvantaged vendors. The lease will have a full term of 5 years, with a firm 3-year term and a potential 5-year renewal option. The tenant improvement allowance is set at $54.29 per ABOA square foot, with an additional $12.00 per ABOA square foot for building-specific amortized capital improvements. The space must be located within a defined geographic area bounded by specific highways and roads in the Fort Myers region, including I-75 and highways 777, 17, 74, 731, 78, 29, and 41.
