About this opportunity

Metro Area, with task orders ranging from $2,500 to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $350,000.
This is a sources-sought notice for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals, quotations, or bids. GSA intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts; the number of awardees will be determined later. The contract vehicle will be structured as a base period of one year with four, one-year option periods for a maximum contract length of five years. Contractors will be subject to fair-opportunity requirements under FAR 16.507 for individual task orders unless an exemption applies.

Work is classified under NAICS 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and PSC Z2AA (Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings). No set-aside category is anticipated. Responses to this market survey will be treated as information only and will not constitute proposals or be the basis for contract award.
