This is a recurring requirement, with the previous contract awarded to Cafico Cabinet D'experts Comptables for $280,500 over 5 years. The contract will include a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with fixed price rates per audit and fixed hourly rates for optional services. Task orders will be issued as firm-fixed price orders. The government will determine a travel budget and conference budget to be added to the contractor's proposed total to establish the maximum contract value.
