About this opportunity
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking a Granicus Communications Cloud Subscription for cloud-based communication services targeting between 5,000,000 and 5,999,999 users. The solicitation (CORHQ-25-Q-0149) covers two primary line items: a Communications Cloud subscription and a FedRAMP-compliant subscription, to be procured through a firm-fixed-price contract. Proposals will be evaluated using a price-only method that focuses on technical acceptability and lowest price, with offerors required to complete a detailed pricing schedule and provide representations and certifications. The solicitation mandates that all questions must be submitted to Hamilton Jackson via email by noon EDT on April 10, 2025, with complete proposals due by 1:00 p.m. EDT on April 18, 2025. Offerors are encouraged to use the provided Section B spreadsheet for pricing and must include comprehensive contact information with their submission.
The contract is not set aside for any specific business category and will be performed in Arlington, VA. The procurement is structured as a five-year contract with a base period from April 29, 2025 to April 28, 2026, and four potential option periods that could extend the contract through April 28, 2030. While specific award values are not disclosed, the subscription is designed to cover a large user base ranging from 5,000,000 to 5,999,999 users. Potential travel costs must be factored into the proposed pricing, and the FDIC will be exempt from state sales tax. The contract falls under the NAICS category 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and PSC category 7A21 (IT and Telecom - Business Application Software), indicating a technology-focused procurement for cloud communication services.
