About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 5 has issued a Special Notice for an Industry Day event related to the redesign and modernization of the Grand Portage Land Port of Entry in Grand Portage, Minnesota. The $85-95 million project aims to improve national security and international commerce functions by adding additional lanes and a wider commercial truck lane to shorten vehicle processing times at the second largest land port in Minnesota.

The purpose of the Industry Day is to connect subcontractors with shortlisted design-build firms for the project. The event is scheduled for August 28, 2024 in Duluth, Minnesota, and registration is encouraged but not required. Interested firms unable to attend can still provide their company information to the points of contact. This is not a request for proposal, invitation to bid, or request for quotation, and the government reserves the right to cancel the event. Contractors should review the attached industry day flier for details on trade services, business size, NAICS codes, and contact information to be provided.
