The anticipated project is a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) within the Grand Portage Indian Reservation about five miles northeast of Grand Portage, Minnesota. The port serves passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and pedestrians crossing between the United States and Neebing, Ontario, Canada.
