The regenerative air dryer must operate at 110/120 VAC 1-phase 60Hz, be a self-contained heatless non-refrigerated twin tower design with hygroscopic desiccant, and provide a -65 degrees Fahrenheit dew point. Both units require NEMA Type 4 weather-resistant construction, compliance with OSHA and ASME standards, 2" Male NPT inlet/outlet connections, and portable skid mounting with lifting attachments and rigging diagrams. Period of performance runs from July 13, 2026 through October 30, 2026, with optional extensions available for up to six months in one-month increments.
The contractor must provide 24/7 on-call repair service at no additional charge, with on-site repairs initiated within 24 hours and unit replacement if repairs exceed 72 hours.
