The evaluation will be based on lowest evaluated price among quotes meeting acceptability standards, with awards made on a firm fixed-price basis. All quotes must be submitted via email to the contracting officer by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on July 11, 2025, and interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission.

The solicitation follows FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures for commercial services procurement, emphasizing the competitive nature of the acquisition process. No incumbent contractor information is provided in the available documentation, and specific contract values or quantities are not disclosed in the solicitation materials.
