About this opportunity

The Naval Air Systems Command, Weapons Division located in China Lake, California, intends to competitively procure GPU Cluster Systems through a firm-fixed price, commercial item supply contract. The procurement will be conducted as a Full and Open Unrestricted competition under NAICS code 334118, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled to be posted on the PIEE Solicitation Module website on or about March 12, 2025, with proposals due by April 17, 2025. All interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and may submit their proposals electronically through the PIEE Solicitation module or directly to the designated contact, Madelene Perez. Contractors will need to carefully review Section L of the solicitation for specific submission instructions and requirements.

The pre-solicitation notice does not indicate any specific set-aside designations for small businesses or other preferential categories. No information is provided about potential incumbent contractors or specific award values for the GPU Cluster Systems procurement. The contract appears to be focused on acquiring computer hardware, specifically high-performance GPU cluster systems, for the Naval Air Systems Command's technological infrastructure needs. While precise quantities are not specified, the notice suggests this is a competitive procurement targeting companies capable of delivering advanced computing equipment. Contractors should be prepared to comply with SAM registration requirements, including the submission of a notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator within 30 days of registration to maintain an active status that enables federal contract award eligibility.
