About this opportunity
This solicitation requests geoscience consulting services to support environmental monitoring and regulatory compliance at military installations in Oklahoma. The Joint Munitions Command of the Army Materiel Command seeks a contractor to generate semi-annual monitoring reports for open burn/open detonation areas, landfill sites, and fuel farms at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. The reports must include sample results, statistical analysis, groundwater flow contour mapping, time-series graphs and other data as required by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. The contractor must also provide technical assistance, training, and respond to agency requests. Proposals were due by October 26, 2023.
No set-aside designation was used. The base period of performance is one year from October 2023 to October 2024 with two one-year options. Pricing must be broken out separately for on-site training, plan revisions, and each semi-annual report for each site by federal fiscal year. The place of performance is at the military installations in Oklahoma. An amendment extended the response deadline to October 28, 2023.
