About this opportunity

The General Services Administration intends to solicit a lease for office space in Orlando, Florida, with responses due by June 19, 2026. The Government is replacing expiring office space and will consider alternative locations only if economically advantageous after accounting for relocation costs, infrastructure replication, and operational downtime.

The required space spans 13,572 to 14,250 rentable square feet and must be contiguous on a single floor within a delineated area bounded by E. Washington Avenue (north), S. Magnolia Avenue (east), E. South Street (south), and S. Division Street (west). The lease term is 15 years total, with a 10-year firm term. A fully serviced lease is required.

The offered building must have a loading dock or designated freight elevator for deliveries and an entrance located within 2,640 walkable feet of the Orlando Federal Courthouse. The space must include 29 publicly available parking spaces within 1,320 walkable feet of the building entrance. The space must not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain and must meet Government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and sustainability.

Proposers must comply with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act and its implementing FAR provisions regarding telecommunications equipment prohibitions.
