This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified lessors. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation documents. The lease structure calls for a 15-year total term with a 10-year firm commitment period, though no specific rental rates or budget ranges are disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The government seeks space within the clearly delineated Charlotte CBD area as shown on the attached map, and any test fit requirements may be imposed to ensure the proposed space meets operational needs.
