About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 25,248 square feet of office and related use space in Tampa, Florida for a 15-year firm term, with a 10-year firm term. The delineated area and specific requirements include that the offered building must meet Facility Security Level 2 requirements and be within 2,640 walkable feet of a bus stop. Interested parties should submit expressions of interest by December 2, 2024, and the government plans to conduct a market survey in January 2025 with an estimated occupancy date of July 2026. The full-service rental rate should include a tenant improvement allowance of $63.97/ABOA SF and a BSAC allowance of $12.00/ABOA SF.

This is not a set-aside opportunity. The current GSA occupant's lease is expiring, and the government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. Submissions from anyone other than the building owner or manager must include written consent. The government will use the information provided to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole-source justification to remain at its current location.
