About this opportunity
The Department of the Army National Guard is preparing to procure materials for GASNTi2 BLOCK 1, a nationwide electrical and telecommunications infrastructure project, with a Sources Sought response due by June 26, 2026. This is a pre-solicitation notice for informational purposes only and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Responses will inform the Government of available sources and their capacity to meet the project requirements.
The procurement covers material delivery to eleven Air Force and Air National Guard bases nationwide: Minot AFB (North Dakota), Goldwater ANG Base (Arizona), Fairchild AFB (Washington), General Mitchell ARW (Wisconsin), Grissom Air Reserve Base (Indiana), McConnell AFB (Kansas), McGhee Tyson ANG Base (Tennessee), Kirtland AFB (New Mexico), Seymour Johnson AFB (North Carolina), Whiteman AFB (Missouri), and Tinker AFB (Oklahoma).
The scope includes sourcing and delivering a broad range of materials—electrical components, grounding systems, telecommunications infrastructure, structural support systems, and fasteners—as detailed in the provided List of Materials. All materials must arrive in weatherproof, lockable ISO shipping containers at contractor expense. Contractors must submit "or-equal" or substitute items for Government approval prior to procurement. The shipping container remains contractor property and must be retrieved by the contractor at contractor expense after a free retention period of 365 days.
Interested vendors should demonstrate capability to source, procure, and deliver materials nationwide to multiple military installations. Solicitation number W50S8326Q0009 (NAICS 238210, PSC L059).
