About this opportunity

The Indian Health Service is preparing to procure miscellaneous electrical, low-voltage, and IT cabling supplies for the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) and associated clinics, with a pre-solicitation response due July 27, 2026. No set-aside applies.

GIMC requires vendors with a warehouse or supply center within 150 miles of the facility to ensure timely access to materials supporting daily IT and communications operations that directly enable patient care delivery. The contractor shall furnish all materials, components, and accessories necessary to support Information Technology, Facilities Maintenance, and Security infrastructure projects.

Required supplies span datacom and network infrastructure—Cat6/Cat6a cabling, fiber optic systems, patch panels, and network termination components compliant with TIA/EIA and NEC standards; security and life-safety systems including access control readers, surveillance equipment, nurse call integration components, and paging/intercom systems compatible with existing Cam-Dex/Hill-Rom deployments; electrical conduit, raceway components, grounding and bonding materials; server racks and wall-mount cabinets; and consumables such as label printers and network jumpers. All supplies must be UL-listed, RoHS-compliant, conform to NFPA 70 standards, and maintain interoperability with existing Cisco, Hill-Rom/Baxter, Panduit, CommScope, and Belden product lines. Vendors must provide manufacturer warranties and certifications verifying performance standards.

Delays in obtaining materials would jeopardize operational readiness of systems vital to patient care, safety, and facility compliance.
