About this file

This is a Technical Requirements Document for the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) IT and Facilities Supplies Pre-Solicitation (IHS-GIMC-2026-0001). The document establishes comprehensive specifications for electrical, low-voltage, and IT cabling supplies critical to patient care operations and facility infrastructure. GIMC seeks vendors with warehouse or supply centers within 150 miles of the facility to provide timely access to materials, minimizing downtime to clinical systems and life-safety communications.

Required products span multiple categories: datacom and network infrastructure including Cat6/Cat6a cabling, fiber optic systems, patch panels, and network termination components compliant with TIA/EIA and NEC standards; security and life-safety systems including access control readers, surveillance equipment, nurse call integration components, and paging/intercom systems compatible with existing Cam-Dex/Hill-Rom deployments; electrical conduit, raceway components, grounding/bonding materials, and safety accessories; server racks, wall-mount cabinets, and cable management systems; and consumables such as label printers, portable tools, cleaning kits, and network jumpers. All supplies must be UL-listed, RoHS-compliant, conform to NFPA 70 standards, and maintain interoperability with existing Cisco, Hill-Rom/Baxter, Panduit, CommScope, and Belden product lines. Vendors must provide manufacturer warranties and certifications verifying performance standards with proper packaging for inventory traceability. No specific response dates, pricing terms, or award dates are specified in this requirements document.
