About this opportunity
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Marianas is seeking Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) galley equipment to support Camp Covington Galley at Naval Base Guam through this Sources Sought notice issued on April 21, 2026. This is a market research notice designed to assess contractor availability and capability rather than a formal solicitation, and responses will be used for planning purposes only without committing the Government to award a contract. All equipment must be new, unused, and meet detailed specifications and electrical requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work, with delivery required to Naval Base Guam no later than June 30, 2026. Contractors responding with a Capability Statement must demonstrate their ability to provide manufacturer commercial warranties with minimum one-year coverage on parts and labor, as well as establish a service plan for warranty support and repairs available in Guam. The response deadline for this Sources Sought notice is May 1, 2026.
This pre-solicitation notice does not contain a set-aside designation for small business concerns or other socio-economic categories, though the Government will assess small business availability as part of its market research analysis. No incumbent contractor or estimated award value has been disclosed in the notice documentation. The procurement covers 15 distinct pieces of galley equipment, including four Combination Oven/Steamers, three 60-gallon Steam Kettles, two 20-gallon Steam Kettles, two Free Standing Electric Fryers, and additional specialized kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, food waste disposers, food slicers, planetary mixers, and ice and water dispensers. The tight delivery timeline of approximately 70 days from the notice posting date to the June 30, 2026 delivery deadline represents a critical constraint for potential contractors. Interested parties should prepare their responses addressing company information, technical capabilities, and demonstrated experience with commercial galley equipment procurement and installation.
