Place of performance is Beaumont, Texas. The solicitation requires four distinct chicken products: 30,000 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast (raw, frozen, USDA Grade A, 5–7 ounces per piece, no sodium added); 50,000 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken tender or breast meat (raw, frozen, USDA Grade A, may be diced); 60,000 pounds of chicken leg quarters (raw, whole, ready to cook, frozen, U.S. Grade A broiler, 12–16 ounces per portion); and 15,000 pounds of breaded chicken filets (4–5 ounces, whole muscle or chunked and formed, 100% white meat, individually quick frozen, vegetable oil frying medium, batter/breading not exceeding 30% by weight). All products must comply with FSIS regulations under 9 CFR 381, be processed or packaged no more than 60 days prior to delivery, and be packed in polyethylene-film bags with 2 mil minimum wall thickness. Products must be produced in the United States or Canada or be foreign products distributed by a U.S.-based company. Products labeled with religious exemption phrases will be refused, and no specification substitutions are acceptable.

Delivery may begin October 5, 2026. Pricing is firm fixed price with FOB destination delivery to FCC Beaumont. Quoters must be registered in SAM with a valid UEI and submit Standard Form 1449 and National Menu Specifications Quote Sheets.
