About this opportunity
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, Alabama issued a notice of intent to sole source two diagnostic test equipment units to TESTFORCE USA by June 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. The Air Force reserves the right to issue competing offers until that deadline; if no responsible, responsive proposals are received, the contract will be awarded to TESTFORCE USA as planned.
The equipment is required to support the 42nd Operation Support Squadron's maintenance, test, and repair of Air Force CM300/350 radio systems and RAWS test requirements. The devices must consolidate eleven separate legacy tools into a single, all-in-one, portable, self-contained unit with existing official USAF certification and Technical Order approval for CM300/350 radio fleet servicing. Critical capabilities include multi-function integration, durability for flight-line and remote site use without external power, broad frequency range coverage from low-frequency navigation to microwave systems, support for both digital and analog radio standards, automated test and alignment functionality, an intuitive user interface, and data management features for maintenance documentation.
Equipment must be brand new with no refurbished items authorized. Delivery goes to Building 1013, 345 West Selfridge Street, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, addressed to 42 OSS/OSM. The contractor must provide original equipment manufacturer standard commercial warranties at no additional cost, manufacturer documentation, equipment manuals, software, and written warranty procedures with technical support contact information prior to project acceptance.
Interested contractors must submit current capability demonstrations, company information (including CAGE Code and UEI number), and proof of active SAM registration via email to A1C Gabriel Colon Saldana or Mr. Jeremy Kersey. The procurement uses Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Firm-Fixed Price contract under NAICS 334515, PSC 6625.
