About this opportunity
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is soliciting proposals for Google Analytics Data feed services with support and maintenance under solicitation number 50310226Q0119. The procurement seeks either a brand name Google Analytics solution or an equivalent product, with vendors providing equal alternatives required to submit descriptive data for evaluation purposes. Key contract requirements include an annual Google Analytics 360 premium license enabling up to 150 million monthly events, 50 development hours for Google Tag Manager tag creation and reporting configuration, staff training consisting of up to three one-hour virtual courses on GA4 functionality, and event overage coverage not exceeding $5,303.02 based on historical usage patterns. The evaluation will focus on offerors' ability to meet salient characteristics outlined in the Brand Name or Equal template, including support capabilities, development expertise, and training delivery. The deadline for proposal submission is February 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, with the period of performance beginning April 1, 2026, and extending through March 31, 2027.
This is a total small business set-aside competition under NAICS code 423430 with a 250-employee size standard, indicating only qualified small businesses may compete. No incumbent contractor is named in the solicitation materials, though the service addresses continuation of analytics support for the SEC's Office of Public Affairs operations. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price arrangement, with pricing requested for a twelve-month period covering the annual license enablement, data collection for 150-200 million monthly events, development hours, and training services. The solicitation specifically requires vendors to have U.S. citizen developers capable of obtaining SEC network accounts to access intranet-based analytics properties. Performance will be executed in Washington, DC, USA, where the SEC's IT Support Branch administers the procurement, with Paul LaFranchise serving as the point of contact.
