About this opportunity
The Department of State Office of Acquisition Management intends to solicit training equipment for the Diplomatic Security Antiterrorism Assistance (DS/T/ATA) program, with a response deadline of September 30, 2026. This procurement carries a 100 percent HUBZone set-aside and will be conducted as direct quotations below the simplified acquisition threshold with no SAM posting.

Consumables and inert training aids total approximately 81 line items with unit quantities ranging from 3 to 414.
Performance supports the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's capacity-building activities with foreign law enforcement partners, enabling specialized training in counterterrorism and threat response operations.
PSC code is 6910 (Training Aids); NAICS is 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing). Point of contact is Patrick Jones, Contracting Officer, at jonespr@state.gov. Detailed equipment specifications are provided in the attached FY26 ATA Equipment Lists spreadsheet.
