The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) website on or about November 19, 2025, with quotes due by December 19, 2025. All interested vendors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award, and they should monitor the SAM website regularly for any amendments to the solicitation, as no paper copies will be distributed.

This procurement has no set-aside designation, meaning it is open to competition without restrictions based on business size or socioeconomic status. The pre-solicitation notice does not identify any incumbent contractors or current service providers. No specific contract value or budget range has been disclosed in this pre-solicitation announcement. The exact delivery dates, delivery locations, and quantities of raw subsistence and meal kits will be determined on individual delivery orders issued throughout the contract period, allowing the VAARNG flexibility in managing training operations across the Commonwealth.
