The contractor must remove foreign debris including trees, branches, and tires from specified locations to full depth (approximately 25 feet) in Black Rock Channel and specified areas in Buffalo Harbor and River. A full workday is defined as eight hours of productive work; partial workdays are paid in two-hour increments. The contractor must provide a 150 cubic yard capacity collection barge, barge-mounted crane or long-stick excavator with grapple, two laborers at all times (three during brush clearing), and a chain saw operator.
