The project scope includes construction of a 61,386 gross square foot barracks facility accommodating 108 military personnel and a 45,407 gross square foot parking garage with 113 spaces, incorporating modern systems such as fire protection, intrusion detection, energy management controls, radon abatement, and sustainability features designed for a 40-year service life in compliance with DoD standards.
