About this opportunity
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking small business sources to provide Google Marketing Platform support services, focusing specifically on Google Analytics Software and Support. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to explore the potential for a firm fixed-price contract with a single award and five-year option periods. The SEC will evaluate vendor capability statements based on their ability to meet detailed requirements, including current government contract experience, GWAC contract availability, company profile, business type, past performance, and budgetary estimates. Vendors must demonstrate their capability to support five active GA4 properties and provide services such as annual license enablement, support ticket access, biweekly check-ins, and data collection management. The RFI responses are due by February 1, 2025, and must be submitted via email, with a strict 20-page response limit.
The opportunity is not designated for any specific small business set-aside, allowing broad participation across different business types. The contract anticipates covering 150-200 million monthly events, with peak usage of 161 million in October 2024, and requires a minimum of 100 development hours for ad hoc reporting needs. Vendors must also provide staff training, including three one-hour courses on GA4 reporting, and ensure that developers working on intranet properties are U.S. citizens eligible for SEC network access. While no specific award value is mentioned, the comprehensive requirements suggest a significant technical and financial commitment. The contract will commence after the current contract ends on March 31, 2025, and will cover critical SEC digital properties including The Catalog, The Exchange, investor.gov, Ombudsman Matters Management System, and SEC.gov.
