About this opportunity
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Carrier Strike Group 3 (CSG-3), is seeking to procure office furniture and installation services through a firm fixed-price supply contract. The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is procuring comprehensive office furniture solutions for the U.S. Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton, Washington, covering approximately 6,327 square feet across three rooms (414 Admin, Room 414, and Room 414a) in Building 467's fourth floor. Contractors must design, purchase, and install new furniture including height-adjustable electronic desks, locked file cabinets with minimum 6 electrical outlets per desk, 48-inch tall dividers with sound reduction materials, and a coffee break area. The procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.5 procedures with all documentation available exclusively through SAM.gov, and offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management to participate. The solicitation response deadline is September 2, 2025, with questions directed to the Purchasing Agent and Contracting Officer Denise Manor.
This opportunity presents conflicting set-aside information, as the pre-solicitation notice indicates "No Set-Aside Used" while the attached solicitation document specifies it is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. The contract requires installation of 65 total workstations, consisting of 45 full-size "L" shaped desks, 20 general workstations, and two executive workstations across the designated administrative spaces. No incumbent contractor or current service provider is identified in the documentation, suggesting this may be a new requirement or significant renovation project. The requested delivery date is October 30, 2025, providing approximately two months for completion after the anticipated award date. No specific contract value or budget range is disclosed in the available documentation, though the scope suggests a substantial furniture procurement and installation project given the square footage and workstation quantities involved.
