About this opportunity

The US Embassy Nicosia in Cyprus is seeking contractors to provide maintenance services for the Fuel Management Systems at both the Chancery and West Office Building. This procurement falls under the Department of State and is classified under NAICS code 811 for Repair and Maintenance, with PSC code J091 for maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of fuel-related equipment. All responsible sources are eligible to submit offers for consideration, with no restrictions on competition. The solicitation is planned for release in July 2025, with a pre-proposal conference to be scheduled and announced within the formal solicitation documents. Interested contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting quotes and must maintain this registration throughout the contract performance period until final payment.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations, making it open to full and open competition among all qualified contractors. The pre-solicitation notice does not identify any current incumbents or existing contractors performing similar services. No award values, budget ranges, or estimated contract amounts are disclosed in this preliminary announcement. The notice also does not specify quantities of equipment to be maintained, duration of the maintenance contract, or detailed service timelines, as these details will presumably be provided in the formal solicitation expected to be released later in July 2025.
