30 August 2022

As a follow-up to the posted questions and responses, an error was found in the response to Question #11 (RFQ 2.2.1).  The following is added to further clarify the response to Question #11.  The contractor will be providing a FedRAMP Cloud platform (servers used for hosting software).  Software will be installed on a FedRAMP cloud server.  The software will run from a FedRAMP cloud service.

FedRAMP certification is dependent on what information a tool handles.  Any part of a system which handles sensitive information must be FedRAMP certified.

FedRAMP is required for videoconferencing due to the potential for sensitive information being discussed.

FedRAMP is not required for invoicing and reporting.

FedRAMP is not required for the web-based portal used for service requests.

The secure file transfer must be encrypted to Federal standards, however FedRAMP is not required.
