Properties must be located within Richmond County, Staten Island, or areas in New Jersey within 30 miles of the existing Fort Wadsworth facility. The RFI response deadline is October 31, 2025, and interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for future solicitation announcements.

The government has not disclosed specific budget ranges or award values for this housing initiative. The 150-unit requirement represents a substantial residential development project, with the lease implementation scheduled to commence once homes receive beneficial occupancy clearance.
