Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for General Construction or D/B type task orders.  Task Orders issued under this MATOC are anticipated to be primarily located at Ft. Benning GA.  However, task orders are not limited to such and can include the South Atlantic Division Area of Operations (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi).  


This acquisition is being offered as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.  The life of the contract is for a period of five (5) years to include a three (3) year base and two option years with a total contract capacity of $95M.  The pool size (number of contracts that may be awarded) shall not exceed five (5) contractors.  The pool of contractors which successfully receive an award will share the total contract capacity of $95M.  The order limitation of task orders shall range between $750K and $10M.  Task orders issued under this MATOC will be firm-fixed price. 


Although the initial seed task order will not include options, subsequent task orders may include options.  The seed task order Construction Cost Limitation is $1M.  The Offeror whose proposal provides the best "overall" value to the Government, among those selected for contract award as part of the MATOC, will also be awarded the Seed Task Order project utilized in the evaluation process.  All other successful Offerors will be awarded a contract with a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00.

Description of Work (MATOC):
Task Orders issued under this Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) type Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) may include, but not limited to, vertical and horizontal new construction, D/B, rehabilitation, renovation and repair of buildings, pre-engineered buildings and other structures (storage facilities, training facilities, medical facilities, Company Operations Facilities, Religious Facilities, Dining Facilities etc.), highways, roads, streets, airport runways, sidewalks, roofs, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, wastewater drainage, fire alarm and utility systems.

Description of Work (SEED Task Order): 
Furnish all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation for work necessary to provide the design / construction of site work and foundations for a 15,000 square foot, Classroom and Training Building as per the contract Drawings.

This soliciation will be issued in electronic format only.  Papaer copies of this soliciation will not be available.  Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.  This soliciation is anticipated to be available approximately June 25, 2012.
