The contractor must deliver a fully pre-built, wired, and assembled 19" rack-mounted panel ready for insertion into the designated bay, complete with all required equipment, components, parts, and wiring as detailed in the technical specifications. A critical timeline requirement specifies that the contractor must deliver the completed panel within 120 days following contract award, with on-site installation to be performed by Government personnel. Detailed technical specifications and additional procurement requirements will be included in the full solicitation documents, which vendors should access through SAM.gov using the solicitation number for comprehensive specification details and submission instructions.
