***UPDATE*** Amendment 0001 has been added to update the Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5395 from Revision 17 to Revision 18 the most current revision. Also, a new updated reference document of areas to be cleaned is also attached as one of the files to the solicitation. Finally the offeror due date is extended out to 18 August 2022.
Solicitation
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces a solicitation for “Fort Peck Janitorial Services”. The solicitation will close on 11 August 2022. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.
Project Description:
This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services at the above location. Contractor will supply all supervision, personnel, and transportation to provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleanings of Fort Peck Project buildings. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. This is a fixed priced, performance based service contract where the Government defines and measures desired outcomes, while Contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.
The Period of Performance for this effort is a 8-month base year + four (4) 12 month-option years.
