Place of performance is Fort Benning, GA 31905. Three identical lots (A, B, and C) are offered, each approximately 123,000 pounds and comprising 12,000 M2A1/M2A2 cans (100 pallets), 10,000 M19A1 cans/7.62mm (50 pallets), and 3,600 PA 108 cans/5.56 SAW (50 pallets). Fort Benning QRP provides forklift assistance and an operator during loading hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. The winning bidder remits 50 percent of the total bid price within 24 hours of the signed agreement (postmarked), with full payment required before any load departs the installation. Payment is made to the U.S. Treasury. The buyer assumes all liability for damage, injury, or environmental incidents and must indemnify the U.S. Government.
