Place of performance is Naval Station Rota, Cádiz, Spain (11530). The rental periods are July 27 through September 22, 2026 (58 days) and August 25 through September 25, 2026 (32 days), with one unit of each capacity required during each period. Equipment must be delivered to Building 463 at Base Naval de Rota one day prior to each rental period start.

Contractor responsibilities include delivery, maintenance, and repair support with a 24-hour response time and 24-hour equipment replacement for non-operational units.
