About this opportunity

The National Park Service is seeking to procure two forensic computer workstations through a combined synopsis/solicitation under NAICS code 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing). The workstations must meet detailed technical specifications including an Intel Xeon w5-3535x processor with 16-20 cores, 128 GB DDR5-4800 memory, NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU, extensive storage configurations with multiple SSD and HDD drives, and specialized forensic equipment including a write-protected forensic bridge. The procurement requires vendors to provide Windows 11 Professional operating systems, dual 24" LED monitors, complete installation services, and a mandatory 3-year warranty. Evaluation will be based on delivery schedule and price, with the government intending to award without discussions. Questions were accepted until 8:00am EST on July 14, 2025, and quotes must be submitted electronically to michelle_shoshone@nps.gov by July 21, 2025.

This procurement is designated as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside with a size standard of 1,250 employees, contingent on at least two small businesses demonstrating capability to meet the requirement. The solicitation has been amended twice to clarify technical specifications and update shipping instructions, with no incumbent contractors identified in the documentation. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for exactly two forensic computer workstations. The workstations will be delivered to two locations: one in Boulder City, Nevada, and another in Fresno, California, with delivery coordination through the shipping point of contact Kyler Carpenter. The procurement supports the United States Park Police and the National Park Service's Visitor Resource Protection division, requiring complete system functionality verification and user documentation upon installation completion.
