About this opportunity

The Naval Sea Systems Command has issued a Special Notice announcing an Industry Day event focused on follow-on technical support for International Fleet Support under Program Executive Office PMS 326. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 0900-1200 EST and will be held at Presidential Tower, 2550 South Clark St., Suite 420, Arlington, VA 22202. This notice explicitly states it is not a Request for Information (RFI) or solicitation, and does not constitute a government commitment for any actual procurement. The Department of the Navy emphasizes that no walk-ins will be permitted and registration is mandatory. The opportunity falls under NAICS code 336611 for Ship Building and Repairing, with the place of performance designated as Washington, DC.

The primary purpose of this Industry Day is to conduct market research and inform the government's acquisition strategy development for international fleet support services. Companies must register by September 30, 2025, providing comprehensive information including company details, points of contact, CAGE codes, Unique Entity IDs, and attendee lists with titles. The event will focus on three key areas: programmatic, technical, and logistics requirements, with multiple case managers presenting information about requirements from foreign partners. Registration must be submitted to designated Navy contacts, and the government will use the gathered information from NAVSEA PMS 326 International Fleet Support and NUWC Keyport Contracts Department for future contract strategy planning. The notice does not specify particular eligibility criteria beyond the standard registration requirements, suggesting it is open to all interested contractors in the shipbuilding and repair industry.
