Training includes live instructor-led sessions for approximately 500 DON employees and 50 administrators, plus on-demand video.

The draft PWS describes a base period of May 1, 2027 through September 25, 2027 for system build and training, followed by four one-year option periods, with phase-in by August 1, 2027 and full operations commencing September 25, 2027. The RFI describes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option years commencing September 25, 2027. The incumbent contract expires September 25, 2027.
