The solicitation seeks a contractor to source, procure, inspect, package, and prepare 50 line items of specialized tactical and maritime security equipment including weapons accessories, protective gear, communication devices, breaching tools, and tactical clothing, with quantities ranging from 1 to 20 units per item. The contractor must develop detailed delivery schedules, provide commercially available manufacturing documentation and warranties, comply with export control regulations, and facilitate shipping through the Defense Transportation System. Questions were due by 2:00 PM EST on July 28, 2025, with responses posted as Amendment 001 on July 30, 2025, and quotations are due by 9:00 AM EDT on August 18, 2025.
This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 550 employees. No incumbent contractors are identified in the solicitation documents. While specific award values are not disclosed, the procurement involves a comprehensive range of specialized military equipment that will be awarded as a single firm-fixed price purchase order on a competitive basis. The contract includes a one-year warranty on workmanship with all commercial warranties required to be transferable to Tunisia. Performance will occur in the United States, with the contractor responsible for material inspection at their facility and preparation for government inspection before shipment to Tunisia through established defense transportation channels.
